Welcome to Brushed Up Vintage, a furniture upcycling studio. We are Sue and Harry Walton and we want to help you give new life to the classic furniture in your home.

 

Our adventure began in 2013, when we opened Bellefonte Vintage, an antique and resale shop in Bellefonte, DE. Soon after, we started upcycling furniture that we rescued from thrift stores, auctions and occasionally the side of the road. Then we started selling Fusion Mineral Paint, a premium brand of furniture paint, and holding classes in the shop. Today, our paint & upcycling supplies, classes and furniture are more popular than ever and have become our sole focus and passion.

 

The studio where we create our unique upcycled furniture is in Arden, DE and is currently open by appointment for paint purchases and consultations. We teach furniture painting and craft classes at The New Castle Arts Studio in Newport, DE. Check out our current offerings here.

This wonderful multi-vendor art and vintage co-op is located in historic New Castle, DE.​ and is open seven days a week.
